As you walk into this spacious house you are greeted with the magnificent ground level views of the Wooli beachfront, Pacific Ocean & Solitary Islands beyond, which are captured from the kitchen, sunroom, dining & lounge areas.
The property features 2 bathrooms, 2 sunrooms, large yard, HUGE lock-up garage area and separate laundry. Conveniently located, this property is a very short walk to the Bowling Club with Chinese Restaurant, Post Office, Tennis Courts, children's playground, Oyster Supply - Cafe just across the road
