What does Pets Welcome mean?

This indicates that the owners have agreed to allow pets at the property. We cannot guarantee these properties are fully fenced or of they are, that they will contain all sizes of dogs. Please refer to the property page for details on fencing. Pets must be kept outside at all times, be flea free, with a maximum of 2 dogs. You must ensure all animal feaces is wrapped and disposed of in the rubbish bin upon departure.

Are there Dog Friendly Beaches?

Yes. Most beaches require dogs to be kept on leads at all times. Diggers Camp only allows dogs on the main beach under the headland. 

What Facilities are there in the Area?

Tennis Courts, Bowling Club, Skate Park, Playgrounds, BBQ areas and Parks.

What is supplied at the property?

All properties are self contained with fully equipped kitchens. A basic set of utensils, cutlery and crockery is supplied in addition to a starter supply of dishwashing liquid. All properties have basic bedding (with protectors) such as blankets/doonas and pillows. You will need to check the property page to confirm bed sizes. Some properties provide linen and this will be noted on the property page. The first roll of toilet paper is supplied.

Is there Mobile Phone Reception?

Wooli has reception for Telstra & Optus only. Minnie Water has reception primarily for Optus only, with very limited Telstra reception in specific spots. Diggers Camp has limited Telstra reception in specific spots.

How can I Arrange Linen?

If your property does not provide linen and you do not wish to bring it with you it can be arranged through Yuraygir Holiday Hire on 0447 153 970

Are We Allowed to Have Extra Guests Stay for a Night or Two?

The number of people in a property is limited to the number of beds. This number is also advertised on the property descriptions on
No tents to are be erected on the property and no caravans are to be parked on the property or connected to the property’s electricity. This will be consider a breach of your rental agreement.

What Time is Check-In / Check-Out?

Check-in is 2pm. Check-out is 10am. Please return your key to the office, or to the key return box. All guests must vacate the premises before 10am. Late leaving will incur an additional cleaning charge.

What if the Property is Not Clean when I Arrive

On your arrival if you find an issue with the property or if the standard of cleanliness is not satisfactory please advise our office immediately. No complaints seeking compensation will be accepted after your departure.

What Do I Do If I Find a Maintenance Issue at the Property?

Every effort is made to ensure that all property maintenance requirements are up to date. Please report any maintenance issues to the office—either in person or over the phone or in the feedback form. You are responsible for the cost of any breakages or loss of keys as per booking conditions. You must notify the office if these situations occur.

What Level of Cleaning Must I do Before Departure?

It is your responsibility to clean the BBQ at the end of your stay. Unclean BBQs will incur a bond claim to cover extra cleaning. Wooli River Lodges guests are expected to clean the BBQ after they use it.
We expect you to wash, dry and put away all crockery, cutlery and glassware and unpack the dish washer, put out rubbish and leave the property clean and tidy. If the property is left dirty or furniture is not all back where it was at arrival, there will be an excess cleaning charge.

What is the mobile signal like?

In Wooli, the service with Telstra and Vodaphone is good, but the Optus signal is poor. Minnie Water has a good signal with Optus, but variable service with Telstra and Vodaphone
